NATURE CRAFT
Thematically, my work often represents the fine line between genius and insanity, as well as exploring what Aldous Huxley described as the "Superconscious Attic vs. Subconscious Basement", the dichotomies of the unexplored mind.
I take stereotypical symbols of death, (such as ethically sourced bones or skulls), and adorn them in a gesture to the idea of immortalising something. These precious, delicate and unique pieces are an exploration of the complex balance between life, death and the great beyond.

Processes I am exploring at the moment include salt dough baking, bone bejewellment, wreath and garland crafting, herbarium and spell jar pouring, and candle / wax arts.

Check my website shop on here for artwork I am selling! All ethically sourced and made. I only use bones that I have found in nature whilst hiking.
